There are certain garments that serve more than one function in your wardrobe and simplify many of your choices. For us, these are the building blocks that work regardless of the day, season, or style direction, and together they create a foundation that can be combined with almost anything.

Among all the choices we make, there are four that repeatedly stand out: the black loafer, raw denim in a straight silhouette, the white oxford shirt, and a knitted sweater in a neutral tone. Together, they form a base that makes selecting the rest of your garments quite straightforward.

The Black Loafer

A shoe that is both casual and dressed up at the same time. It moves effortlessly between the office and dinner plans. With its clean silhouette, it adds precision without feeling too formal.

Raw Denim in Straight Fit

A pair of jeans that age beautifully and work year-round. The darker color and straight fit create balance, allowing the pants to be worn with both a shirt and knitwear without compromising the overall look. A bonus is that it's also a garment that actually gets better with time as it adapts to the wearer.

The White Oxford Shirt

An essential in every wardrobe, regardless of style direction. For the more dressed-up wardrobe, it serves as an excellent casual garment, and for a very casual-oriented wardrobe, it can function as the most formal piece one has. Incredibly useful and versatile. Wear it under a knitted sweater, tucked into jeans, or alone under a blazer.

The Knitted Sweater

The fine-knit pullover is a layer that makes the outfit flexible. In merino or lambswool for both everyday and weekend wear. It connects the layer closest to the body, whether it’s a t-shirt or shirt, with the outerwear and creates just the kind of simplicity that makes you return to it, day after day.
